The Harrison County Utility Authority, will receive bids for:

BRANDON JAMES CTS RELOCATION
CITY OF D’IBERVILLE / BILOXI
HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

at the Office of Harrison County Utility Authority located at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, Mississippi, 39503, during normal office hours at any time prior to the designated date for the bid opening. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 A.M., July 15, 2022.

Bids are invited for all materials, labor, tools, and services necessary to install and perform:

The removal of the existing Custody Transfer Station (CTS) at Brandon James Road in the City of Biloxi, to include concrete vault, and the construction of a new above ground CTS near the I-110 Loop Interchange just south of the Tchoutacabouffa River within the City of D’Iberville.

Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are on file at the Office of Harrison County Utility Authority, Gulfport, Mississippi. Official bid documents can also be downloaded from www.hcua-msbids.com or www.phbidding.com. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.hcua-msbids.com. Bidder will be liable for any and all costs related to downloading electronic files, ordering hard copies, or costs otherwise related to obtaining documents and / or submitting bids. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Harrison County Utility Authority, negotiable U. S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for Harrison County Utility Authority “Brandon James CTS Relocation”, shall be submitted with each bid.

For bids exceeding $50,000, Bidder must indicate his Certificate of Responsibility Number on outside of sealed proposal as required by Mississippi Law. For bids not exceeding $50,000, Bidder must either indicate his Certificate Number, or else write clearly “Bid does not exceed
$50,000.”

Harrison County Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.

Bids may be held by the Harrison County Utility Authority, for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
